She called me at the last minute. “Am I too late?!” I thought about it, three weeks in is quite the grown and distinguished newborn. But I told her she wasn’t too late, let’s do it!
So I spent a morning with Lauren and her two sweet little ones. This new big sister with stunning curls. And a newborn brother with these sweet lips! All the while Lauren was calm and funny as she told me about life with two kids. Let’s be honest, it’s never an easy transition going from one child to two. At the end of the day, all you can do is go with it, and smile and laugh along the way.
Our grand plans don’t always play out the way we hope, and even when you don’t schedule your newborn pictures in advance, you’re still a great Mama! Hehe. These pictures are sweet proof. :)
